I was thinking of making an ADR for breakfast here. This will be our first time trying it. I have a DD (3). She is a little scared of the characters and was wondering if this is a good choice. Is there a good time in the a.m. to ask for? Is the food there worth the price? Any thoughts/help would be appreciated. :sunny:

Everyone seems to like this. We haven't gone since my cousin got sick from the food.

Me (31) and my fiance (28) went there for breakfast in December 2005 and we loved it. We don't have kids but there were many kids and families there.
The characters walk around to each table.

Hi, I am Tribus121's wife. We are going to WDW in September. on the 12th (first morning there) we are doing Chef Mickey's for breakfast. Our DD (4) will like it, I hope. Will find out how she reacts to the characters as sometimes she can play shy.

It is LOUD there!!!! My dd then 2, was afraid of all the charaters, but did ok at CM. I just sat here with me on the "booth" side of the table & told the server she was scared. All the characters came to our table, signed her book posed with mom or dad for pics and tried to get her to give a high five - I worled for Goofy! But loud noise never bothered her....it does get very loud. The character meal at the Garden Grill however is very quiet. So it depends on which scene you think she'd do better at.

My DD was almost 3 last Sept. when we went. She was very afraid of the characters. We went on our first morning so it was over whelming to her.The noise didnt bother her but Goofy is so big he scared her.It took us a few days to get her to go near the characters again. But she is scared of things. We were also with friends and their DD was 2 and she did great and loved it but she is braver than my girl.If yours is already afraid of the characters I might would wait a few days before I took her here and try to warm her up to them first.I wish I had.But thats just a suggestion. :goodvibes

In my opinon if she is afraid of the characters maybe a quite place won't be the best place to go, at least if it is already nosiy no one will really notice that she may be a little upset if the cahracters try to pursue interaction with her, on the other hand she may surprise you and just wave hello, I think you should try it, this is how you will learn what she likes GO FOR IT! :cool1:
