Cheesecake Factory favourite dishes

We also have a spin off restaurant of Cheesecake Factory near us called Grand Lux Cafe. There used to be two in So Fla but now there’s only one. It too has a large menu with some items from Cheesecake Factory on the menu too. They have a few made to order desserts with their most popular being beignets. They also serve a few flavors of cheesecake.

Used to always go to the Grand Lux Cafe downtown Chicago Don’t know if still there. Downtown is not the same as it used to be when we literally went every single Saturday.
It’s a shame what Chicago has become.

We go to Cheesecake Factory in our large suburban mall and their food is as good and as large as everyone wrote about. Great place.

I haven't been to The Cheesecake Factory in a while, but my Mom and I used to go pretty frequently when we were shopping at the mall. The portions are so large, we always shared the "lunch" portion of the bbq chicken salad and a slice of cheesecake. That salad is really good.

There used to be a Rainforest Cafe in Toronto too; we were there once as it was always a favorite of ours in yesteryear Downtown Disney at DLR. Not sure if the chain exists anywhere now.

We like to eat at the one in Disney several times a year, we enjoy eating at the bar there. We saw one in Niagara Falls Ontario a few weeks ago

There is a Rainforest Cafe in Nashville at Opry Mills Mall.

There are two Rainforest Cafe locations at WDW. Not necessarily my cup of tea these days, but okay in a pinch.

I would much rather dine at the Cheesecake Factory!

During past DLR trips we always found it to be a fun and much less expensive alternative to another character meal.

Sometimes when at a restaurant that sells normal potions we will order a second meal to take home for another day. But often times places like Cheesecake Factory with huge portions the food just isn’t as good.

They made some menu changes in the last few years and got rid of a lot of the items I preferred to eat. I don’t mind the atmosphere of the restaurant itself though.

I prefer normal potions too. The abnormal potions seem to have unknown issues I wasn't expecting and I didn't find them as good either.

The wife and I almost invariably get the Chicken Piccata. Dessert is usually a slice of Lemon Raspberry, Key Lime, or Carrot Cake.

My experience at various restaurants is that food tastes/looks best when they first serve it. Many items don't 'travel' well if you take the leftovers to go. Going to a restaurant that serves huge portions much larger than I can eat in one meal doesn't provide me an incentive to eat there.

Buffalo Blasts are the item I liked best. I remember an Asian Chicken salad that was good…probably the Thai salad. Rainforest cafe used to make a Margorilla that I loved. A margarita with orange sherbet.
