Ahh the rest day...I LOVE Disney rest days...and ours includes sleep, breakfast, pool, shopping. Dessert and fireworks....can it get any better than that?

Captain's Grille is one of those restaurants that has always interested me but never made it on the ADR list for various reasons. I'm excited to finally eat there.

Heidi & I got together yesterday & she gave me my dalmatian ears/tail as well as a very cute doggie bone bag that she ordered & added a great black & white strap! Sorry... no picture to post at the moment. She also gave me the black fabric paint so I can paint my t-shirt to match hers for our costumes.

Believe it or not, we get to start our 30 day countdown on Monday!! Which means I need to get the rest of our plans posted this weekend!

Saturday (day 4) will be another busy day! We are planning to make rope drop at DHS at 8am! I'm a little scared about this but hopefully we won't be out too late after the 3D party & will be well rested from our relaxing day the day before.

We'll then take some time to relax at BWV before Girls Night Out! We have a few things planned incuding some shopping & dinner at Via Napoli followed by some time on the Boardwalk at Flying Fish & Jelly Rolls.

Sunday morning (Day 5... I can't believe we turned it into a 5 day trip!!) will be our last day. But we have a good chunk of the day ahead of us!

We'll take care of our luggage, get checked out and head to MK! As convenient as it would be to end the trip at Epcot (or DHS), we just love seeing that castle on our last day!

I believe we have decided that our ME bus will be around 4:45 so we are planning to leave MK by 2pm to give us plenty of time to get back to BWV & get organized before it's time to go. Heidi & I are on the same flight but Julie's flight is right around the same time so we'll ride back to the airport together & say our good-byes... until next time!

Always in honor of 30 days TILL Disney I get out the suitcase and begin to pack…yes call me crazy, but I LOVE to pack for Disney….

I actually got a jump start the week before which was good since I’m getting over a stomach/GERD issue these past few days, but back on stronger meds so should be back to normal by end of week!

Luckily Amy and Heidi are flying SWA so they have no baggage fees and are bringing me down some of my needs…I’ll be sharing Amy’s hairdryer and she’s bring a diffuser for my curly hair, Heidi is bringing down the color spray for my Cruella fro plus some English muffins and bananas for my morning nourishment

Now since I’m NOT checking a bag I am a bit more paranoid about packing than I usually am…yes roll your eyes…

Last week I did a test run of packing my quart size bag w/ my liquid toiletries. It took me 3-4 attempts and several postings on FB of how do I do this?

This was my first pull of items

Almost worked, pulled a few last things and got it to shut! YAY who’s needs sunscreen and body spray anyways?

I also pulled most of the items for my suitcase:

Now we’ll see if I can get all of that in there w/ room to spare!

I plan to take the small rolling suitcase and my Mickey bag, w/ my accessible travel items

Wow! I do not think I could pack just a carry-on. Kuddos to you!! I am wondering if I will be able to fit everything in 2 checked bags!! LOL!

Oh believe me, this has taken months to get used to the idea and prepare myself for....I usually overpack, but this being a 5 day solo trip and my 12 trip to WDW as an adult I've got a pretty could handle on what I really need!

I have the top mug. I wanted the one on the bottom left but I realized I didn't need two cups that weren't big enough
