Plans look really good. Bummer about AK but with a short trip, you have to make choices. You guys are WAY more organized than we are, we have a sort of ADR wish list, a sort of event wish list, a sort of meet wish list and are planning around those at the moment and then fitting park hours around it. Totally backwards! About the only thing we've done in relation to park hours is try to determine, based on them, when MNSSHP is. Ah well, we have 3 weeks till ADR day so I'm sure we will have our act together by then. I'm struggling a bit with what the right number of ADR's should be, given that it's F&W.

I think your plans look great too. It can be hard to plan for a short trip, but I honestly don't think its any better for a long trip.

yes 4 days you need to compromise what you really want to do! we had decided the main things we really wanted to do wasn't worth trying to schedule that in and we didnt want to be hopping like mad...

MNSSHP or Bust?

So do we go or not? That is the question….as I had mentioned in the previous “plans post” we had decided NOT to go to MNSSHP since we were figuring it was going to be scheduled only for our arrival night…but then when the OOH were released that changed everything and we were faced w/ the question once more…do we NOW go on FRIDAY night?

Here’s our FP chatter coming to the decision:

It sort of started like this…

AMY: So I’m assuming Julie is for the party & Heidi is against it? I could go either way…

JULIE: Are you against it Heidi?

AMY: Maybe against it is too strong of a word… I just had the feeling she could take it or leave it. I lean slightly more toward going.

AMY: OK Heidi- Weigh in with your thoughts on the party…

HEIDI: I’m not against it. I’m leaning to the not going side. But I do like the flow that plan has. I’m not going to be willing to spend a ton of money on a costume. I can justify at least ½ the ticket cost for the party since we won’t do a TS that night.

AMY: I think the party could be fun. I don’t think we need to anything crazy as far as costumes go. If Julie wants to wear her bride outfit we can just walk a few feet behind her. LOL!

AMY: Wouldn’t we do Be Our Guest that night? Early dinner before the party starts?

HEIDI: I think IF BOG is open we should do that sat night if we do the party

AMY: It wouldn’t make sense to do TS anywhere else though

HEIDI: And I’m not feeling like it’s gonna be open

AMY: So we’d go back to MK Sat night after being there Fri night? As part of our night out?

HEIDI: no more like just for dinner. I wouldn’t want to waste party time OR feel rushed to get out of BOG. Plus we could monorail hop

Costumes wise…I don’t want to be the only one dressing up now…

HEIDI: Julie you realize that you most likely will not have the same amazing
party time as last year with matt…to expect to will set you up for disappointment and I don’t want that to happen

JULIE: Yes I so get that…but I do think we 3 would have a hoot and the fireworks and parade won’t disappoint

AMY: I agree as far as the costumes go-something simple. Make-up could be way to hot and sticky! And bulky is no good for rides, etc. I don’t know how you did it Julie! You looked awesome but it’s way more than I could have handled!

I love that you posted your entire debate over MNSSHP! So are you guys going to end up going? I don't know how you went last year in full costume either Julie! I definitely could never have that much dedication to a costume!

I realized we will be checking into the BWV as you are checking out! I missed seeing Julie last year at the MNSSHP, my and family were there the same night. It seems I always missing you!

We each have been one time, Heidi and Amy each w/ their families in 2009 and 2007 (respectively) and I went just last year w/ my husband.

SO YAY! We are going and YES! We will be dressing up…we have one idea so far but let me have you sit on that for awhile…

On the initial wish list of what we’d like to do is:

JULIE:

*Meet and Greet w/ WTP and friends (missed them last year)

*See the Villain Show (another thing I missed last year)

*Hallo-Wishes

*Boo to YOU Parade (and hoping the headless horseman will ride)

HEIDI:

*Villains’ show (hasn’t seen either)

*Hallo-wishes

*The Ghost Lady in front of the HM

AMY:

* Hallo-wishes (didn’t see her last time)

*Boo Parade (loved it the last time)

So we are on the same page….we’ll re visit this night one we start working on our touring plans!
