Checking Availability

Is there any way to check date/room type availability online? or do you have to contact the reservation CM's. The hours to call are less than accomodating.

At this time there is no way to view DVC account information or resort availability online - that can only be accomplished by contacting MS.

In addition to phoning MS (don't fogret about the extended hours onThursday evenings), you can also contact them by using the online form at www.dvcmember.com . You will get a response, usually within 48 business hours, but not over a weekend or during hours that MS is otherwise closed.

Reportedly, DVC is (and has been for a long time) working on an upgrade to the member's website that will allow online access to such information.
