Check to replace rotten siding on house. Anyone see this commercial?

My dad saw a commercial on Fox News about some sort of settlement check for rotten masonite siding on homes. He has that channel on 24hrs/day and has seen it several times.
Replacing the rotten siding on our house with stucco was our next project.
I've tried doing an internet search and watching Fox, but haven't seen anything about this. Has anyone else? I'm sure I'll find it eventually, but I'm curious if anybody has gone any further with it yet?
It's definately masonite, and it's definately rotten.....wonder how much help we can get with the cost?! Anything sure would help!

Oh yea............I knew there had to be somebody out there!

Bob NC- Was it on your whole house? Did they figure the amount based only on the amount of masonite that was damaged, or all that you had?
