These are my dining reservations in no particular order. I have eaten at some of these before and hope they are as good as they were the last time, but I do have some new ones.

Let me know what you think, should I add three more restaurants and only do Boma, Kona and Ohana once? If so which do you suggest?

Boma x 2
Kona x 2
Ohana x 2
Whispering Canyon
Crystal palace (BK)
Tusker House (BK)
Coral Reef
Tepan Edo
Narcoosee's
Captains Grill
Le Cellier

(Beaches and Cream) - no ressie but we plan to go

I am assuming you will be on the DDP. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Do you realize that Le Cellier will cost you two points in February? There is just no way I would EVER spend two points on that restaurant.
I think your breakfasts are good. We did Kona twice one time and wished we hadn't. I am surprised to see you doing 'Ohana twice, as well. If you happen to be a fan (I am not), I think going there twice in one trip could ruin it for you. Boma is the only restaurant you are doing twice that I think you will be ok with just because you can try different items each night and some of the meats should be rotated from night to night.
Teppan Edo is fun--you will be seated with others unless you have eight in your party.
Captain's Grill is good--not really a destination restaurant like some of your others--more of a comfortable spot for those at the Yacht and Beach Club.
If you've never been to WDW or never gone to WCC then, by all means, everyone should try it once.
Coral Reef is good, not great--but the view is nice.
Narcoosee's is reviewed somewhat less glowingly for a signature restaurant (still good but not as highly regarded as most others). If you've tried all the others and just want a change then you should be fine. Otherwise, I would say that Narcoosee's, AP, Brown Derby and Le Cellier would be the places I would be less likely to use two points for my dinner. (I would pay for a few out of pocket, though--I really like AP) My mom was so disappointed in her Narcoosee's meal that I have steered clear of the place. Others seem to like it.
I think your list is good though heavy on the 'Ohana and Kona.

If I were to replace them I would say La Hacienda might be nice to try. I would try the Wave (love it) instead of Kona on the second night.

You asked for opinions and this was mine. I hope I didn't offend you in any way.:)

Le cellier is 2 credits starting March 1st 2011 but lunch is still one credit., Feb is still one credit.

If I would have known that, I would have booked for my Feb. trip. I'll bet all the spots are gone...:sad2:

Anyway, thanks for the correction!

Updated to say that I scored a 4 pm ADR on our last day (I tried all six other days and it was a no-go)! I would definitely dine at Le Cellier while it's still only one point. Thanks mrsmom!

I am so glad you were able to get a adr at Le cellier :cheer2:

Thread hijacker here--Well, for fun, I thought I'd post my updated ADR's for February, too! We like to keep WDW fresh and new for us by trying several new places--even if the reviews are a bit iffy...I would welcome any comments.:thumbsup2

DH, me, DS13, DS7

Kouzzina (our biggest gamble, I think...)

Via Napoli for lunch

La Hacienda for a late dinner

The Wave for DH's birthday per his request

Boma

Cali Grill for our wedding anniversary

Le Cellier for dinner (thanks to mrsmom!)

T-Rex (requested by the boys--they love it)

Belle5 - I decided to book the wave instead of Captain's grill. I am going to keep Kona 2x as we always end up going twice. We eat there once, love it so much that we end up trying to get another reservation during our stay so this time I am just booking it 2x, same goes for Boma. We also loved Ohana but I may replace one of those dinners with something else as we only went 1x so I dont know about the consistency when it comes with food and service.

I am thinking about replacing Narcoossees with maybe California Grill or Citricos,

Oh and yes I have the dining plan, we will have 14 credits and will pay OOP for maybe 1-2 meals. I will probably buy cereal to bring for some Breakfasts.

Sounds great! Maybe we'll see you there!;)

I'm not a fan of CP - did that for lunch and Chef Mickey for breakfast last October and found the food at Chef Mickey better. I also didn't like the insane wait at CP even with the ADR and at Chef Mickey you have the option of taking a picture of your whole group before you eat (it's an extra charge but worth it if you have kids in your party). Chef Mickey might be a wait but not outside.

Also at CP they do a parade where the kids march around the restaurant. It was hard enough getting my over-excited (then) 7 year old to remember to eat without Pooh and Piglet whisking her off to march. I like Mickey and Minnie waving their napkins over their heads and dancing in place - Minnie even picked up the 7 year old's fork and fed her a few bites of waffle. Gotta love Minnie!
