We've always sailed the Caribbean so I'm noticing that things are quite different for Alaska. For starters, the PIF date is sooner because it's sailing out of a non US port, right? 120 days out for Silver members as opposed to 90 for US ports? Does that mean online check-in and excursions booking happens sooner...at the same time as PIF date too?

In regards to dining, I'm noticing that many of the all aboard times are later...after 7pm. Is main dining still at 5:45 pm on Alaskan sailings or do they bump the time back for those later all aboard times? Is it just one of those things where if your excursion runs past main dining, you skip it and eat something else?

The Paid In Full date is 120 days prior to sailing for non-US embarkation ports regardless of what Castaway Club level you are. The shore excursion booking window is as follows: Platinum & Concierge-120, Gold 105, Silver-90. These are the same for every DCL cruise regardless of embarkation port or length of cruise.

First seating will be between 5:45-6:15. Second seating will be between 8:00-8:30. When we went on our Alaskan, first seating was 6:15 and second was 8:30.
