Check in time?

We are due to fly with VA to Orlando from Gatwick and the flight is due to leave at 11:15- does anybody know what time check in should open please?

Online check in 24 hours before.
Twilight check in 5-9pm the previous day.
If neither of those work, usually 4 hours beforehand.

Thank you. Our situation is somewhat complicated by the fact that we are a party of four adults and an infant who want to sit together but my sister can't book her seat until the morning of check in apparently because she has requested a bassinet. We need to be there as check in opens we think.

I thought it was 3 hours.....I could be wrong though!
