Hey guys!!

I need to know the cheapest way to mail a package home from the resort? Do they have boxes to put multiple things in? Or should I take my stuff to a local post office and Priority Mail it home?

Thanks in advance.

An idea: You can buy a Prioity box from home and bring it with you, flat, in your suitcase. Address it to yourself, from yourelf. Also, bring some packing tape and something for stuffing/filler. Fill your box, seal it and drop it off at the front desk at your hotel. They probably have daily mail pick-ups. Beats over paying and also hunting down a local post office!

Here is a little secret from someone who mails many things a week. Take a flat rate priority box and anything you can cram in there is a flat rate for the box. So say you fill it with everthing and it is busting at the seams you pay one flat rate and not by weight. At least that is how it is here

Yep, I would use a flat rate box. Bring the postage with you and give it to the front desk. That would be the easiest way. There are several sizes of flat rate boxes (and even a large envelope) that you could use.

I normally use FedEx Ground for my shipping needs, as they tend to run cheaper than the post office.

You can call FedEx for a pickup at your resort's front desk -- as I have discussed this many times, if you need more info, you can PM me.

We usually ship a box down (UPS through Staples) with snacks, full sized toiletries, antibacterial wipes, etc (I'm picky about what brands I like). I also pack packing tape and a permanent marker in the box and then reuse it to send our souvies home. Don't bother taking packing material to cushion items, we just use dirty laundry (less weight to haul around the airport). We usually stay at OKW, so we just take it to the front desk on check out day, they weigh it and we pay for shipping right there. I'm not sure this is the cheapest way to go, but it's the easiest and fastest way for us.
