cheapest place for webkinz?

so where have you found a good deal on these? My 9 year old wants a bunch for Christmas. I have decided that these are like crack for kids. Anyway, I found out that our local gertrude hawks candy store has older ones that they sell half price. Right now the one they have is a skunk. Any other deals out there?

Wow, that's great. I wish we had one. My DD9 just bought herself the skunk and paid $15. Sorry I can't help with suggestions, I just wanted to say that is a great deal!

ebay is really good for webkinz...you can get them half price, you just have to watch the shipping prices. Most sellers will combine shipping, but alot of sellers will add to their profits in the shipping.
Example- A few months ago, I ordered some Webkinz, and the seller adverised combined shipping. I however, didn't check the fine print that the combined shipping was still $5 per additional item. In the end, I paid more for shipping than for webkinz.
There are many honest sellers, you just have to look. Try to use one that charges $1 for additional items.

i had to get some as a b-day present a few weeks ago - i was lucky just went into a card store i was passing and the had a whole bunch of different ones for 5.99 - there is another store i saw has 1 a week for 4.99 - guess you have t just look around - my kids decidied they want for Hanukkah this year so i'll shop around

Our Hallmark is having a special where you can get up to 5 of the jungle webkinz for half price if you buy one non-jungle webkinz at regular price ($12.99).

Hallmark stores in MA and Southern NH were doing 3 for $10 recently. They also ahve a different one each week for $3.99. It changes and is different at each store. I think it is Annie's Hallmark that does it.

Limited Too has had a few B1G1 sales is the past few months, limited animals but i have actually put some away for bday gifts for all those kid parties my DD get invited to.

I got a lot on Ebay. The seller started the auctions at .99 and 1.99 and shipping was $5.00 for the first and $1.00 per each after that...we got 8 for around $40.00 shipped.

Our Hallmark has a deal now right now where you buy 3 at regular price and get 1 free.

Our Walgreens has LilKinz regularly for 6.99 and on sale for 5.99. They usually have 4-5 styles mostly dogs and cats but there have been a few others.

You should also try American Greetings/Carlton card stores. They are having buy 1 get one 1/2 off on gifts and certain webkinz now.

I have found Limited Too and Justice have certain Webkinz for $5.99 sometimes with additional purchase. They are usually some of the older ones. Also saw a 2 pack at Costco for $19.99 I believe. Then there are local gift store places that may be a little less.

The Limited 2 stores in my area have 8 styles for $5.90 each with ANY purchase (previously was a $25 purchase), limit of 3. They have a lot of clearance items so you can probably get something for 99 cents in the accessories. They also have bins of certain styles on clearance for $9.99.

The Walgreens Lil'Kinz are extra fun for kids because there is a bonus Webkinz Cares card on them so they get extra prizes. They issue 3 every month around the end of the month and it usually works out with a $5 off 20 coupon issued at the same time ($6.99 x 3 - $5).

It isn't super cheap, but our Costco has a 2 pack of webkinz that runs around $20.

A little cheaper than usual.

The Hallmark stores here clear out the old ones. One I know of has "buy two 2007 Webkins, get one free". Another has buy one get one free on selected ones. Carlton had "buy one get one 1/2 price". The little gift shop near us had some for $5 (full sized), and yesterday I saw them at Sam's for $10. I also saw some at Target, but didn't see the prices. These were all older ones.
