Unfortunately, I've heard restraining orders are hard to get right Gina? Like he had to physically do harm to you or threaten you. Leaving you creapy flowers does not justify a restraining order no matter how threatening it might be but it cant be proven as threatening. Its messed up. I'm so sorry.

thats exactly it...but the sexual H. thing is in the works with school and that just may happen....(my lawyer friend it taking care of it now...I can't talk to school unless she is there)

Gotcha. Sorry, I'll go on a rant for a second so disregard but I hate how we protect so many "rights" so much that something like this happens and Gina can't feel safe at school but her husband might have charges pressed against her for defending her honor. GEESH. Its messed up sometimes. I hope there is a good judge that see's your husbands case is a lost one.
