Charge for Extra Person Who's Not Staying The Whole Time

Do you have a package booked, if so then everyone has to have the same components and you will have to pay for them the entire trip.

If not;
If the extra adult is joining you at the beginning of the trip you can let the CM at the front desk know when he/she leaves and they won't charge you for the last 3 nights.

If the extra adult is joining you during the trip just wait and add them after you check in for the appropriate number of nights.

My sister always joins us for portions of our trip so I have done both of the above scenarios without any issues.

Dang it! When I've done this & asked CMs about it, they told me that there was no way around paying the extra person fee for the whole time unless I wanted to book a split stay. I'll be more insistent next time!

Resort Desk told me I could not remove one night for guest #3 when he had to leave a day early. This was about two years ago (maybe three). He told me that once res. were made, that was it. Certainly the inconsistencies at least prompt the "insist"encies.

How does this work for EMH? Do they have to already be registered in your room to take advantage of early morning hours? Going on October and HS opens at 6am. Family driving in early that morning.

My experience is, yes, they must show as part of a resort party in your/their MDE. You do not need to go to the resort hotel to "register" before park entry. Tickets/magic bands will be scanned for early entry at the park.
