It really depends a lot on who they are into character wise. If they are into princesses, Ackershus Princess meal is very nice as is the 1900 Park Fare. You see a big variety of princesses at Ackershus. Park Fare has Mary Poppins, Alice, Mad Hatter, and i think Pooh at breakfast and Cinderella, Prince Charming, and the wicked step mother and step sisters at dinner. My daughter enjoyed both of these a couple of years ago.
We all enjoyed Crystal Palace if your into Pooh and the gang, and loved the Lilo and Stitch breakfast at O'hana (also Mickey and Pluto).
We are trying Garden Grill and Tusker House on our trip next month, and returning to O'hana for bk and dinner.
There are other fun themed restaurants if you want something other than characters also that your kids might enjoy. O'hana dinner has entertainment (coconut races, hula dancing, etc) and Whispering Canyon (hobby horse races, music, fun antics) just for a couple of ideas.
Good luck with your planning.
