Does US/IOA have a character meal??? Sorry we've never been and have no clue if something like this is offered.

Yes, they have one at the Confisco Grille on Thursday thru Sunday. It is a buffet. The characters when we went were Spiderman, Cat in the Hat, and Thing 1 & Thing 2. I'll post the info from the Universal website below, just remember that the pricing for the breakfast does not include milk or juice, so if you want those to drink it'll cost a little more.

Where exactly if this Confisco Grille located? Is it inside the park? We are arriving on Wednesday & leaving on Thursday afternoon. I plan on going to US on Wednesday. We have 1 day/2 parks ticket. Do I need park admission to go to a character breakfast? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I am not 100% sure as I have not been yet. But I believe it is in IOA and they only run from Thurs to Sun. You might want to call and ask if its possible to get entrance in to just eat breakfast on Thurs but I do not think it is.
