I was wondering if anyone else has had just an unbelievable expereince with any of the characters/princesses?
When we were there Snow White made my dd's trip. We saw Snow White on Thursday in the Princess Room. On Saturday we saw the same Snow White at the Princess Storybook breakfast. When Snow White approached our table, she was going to sign my DD (2-1/2) autograph book, looked at her and said she already signed her book. Snow White flipped to the correct page and saw her signature. As we were leaving Snow White left the table she was visiting to go out of her way to say good-bye to my princess. If that wasn't enough on Sunday, my dd wanted to see Cinderella and Snow White before leaving for home. We again went to ToonTown and we were in the first group to see the Princesses shortly after 10am. Sleeping Beauty was 1st, then Cinderella and finally Snow White. Since no one was to Snow White yet she started through the line trying to sign books to speed up the process. When she saw us, she looked at my dd and said "Princess Haley it is so nice to see you again!" She actually remembered her name. When we got over to see her, se asked Haley about EPCOT, we told her about AK and that we were leaving today to return to PA. She gave Haley a big kiss, left a lipstick mark on her cheek and told her to come back soon. By the time we left Snow White there were 10-12 people waiting to see her. So sorry for the other kids, but my princess loved it.
I would like to contact WDW to let them know what a fantastic time we has with "Snow White", anyone know how I would contact?

I think the Princesses are the best! Maybe they can do more since they "talk" but honestly my dd was star struck when she saw Snow White. But Ariel made her day. My dd has red hair and our visit to Ariel's grotto was so special. She saw dd's red hair and had her recite a cute pledge that she would never change her hair color! It was sooo cute.

We had a great experience with a CM in February. I had her name so I sent her a thank you card to the following address (not sure how they would distinguish the different Snow Whites but worth a shot!):

But in reply to the OP, I have so many character stories I don't know where to start! :teeth: Let's see.

1) I love the SADCT parade. I watched it so many times I became friendly with the performers. Well, one day during SADCT one of the chimney sweeps came over to me and kissed my hand! :lovestruc Fast forward about 3 weeks. I was waiting for SADCT in my usual spot. All of a sudden, at around EXACTLY 3:15 pm as the parade arrived on Main Street, it started to POUR! I decided to stay and watch the parade. Well, who comes over, but the same exact chimney sweep! Right there in the rain, he gives me a hug and says "you are the best fan ever"! Ahhh. I love parades!

2) I was waiting to see Mickey. Well, he gets down on his knees, and takes my hands and kisses them! I was so surprised! Luckily I got a photo.

I've reported him. He's also posted on some other threads doing the same kind of thing. This is sick that someone doesn't have anything better to do with his time than stupid things like this.

I did. Someone needs a hobby as they OBVIOUSLY have too much time on their hands! :rolleyes2 :badpc:

Thanks, I was just getting read to do the same thing. This kind of stuff usually doesn't last long, because the true Disers won't put up with that kind of stuff. Thanks JulieEck

BTW, to the OP, I am so glad you had a magical time. I don't know who to contact. Memories to last a lifetime!

I'm surprised it's taking so long for them to get rid of his disgusting posts. :(

updated to say Thanks moderators!!! :wave2:

When you write to Disney, try to give as many specific details as possible so they can get the compliment to the correct person. They have records of who worked which shift, so include the date, the location and time if you can. Characters (and any CMs really) love getting guest compliments! It makes their day!

What a great idea of writing and saying how great they were. We had a great experience with Stitch at Ohana that really made our vacation.

My DS who was sporting his stitch hat and stitch shirt was waiting patiently for Stitch to finish with some other kids. Stitch and Lilo came over together and Stitch got down in the floor with Preston and they were clawing and growling together. It was so cute. And Preston had told everyone he knows (and some he didn't) that Stitch got down in the floor and was playing with him.

When we went in Oct 2004 my DD and Belle fell in love with each other!!! We had to go 3 times to Belle's storytime b/c DD kept begging - the second time we went Belle remembered her and it was DD's 3rd birthday - so she picked Julia up and had everyone sing to her - the 3rd time Belle winked at her as soon as she saw her during the show and after the show walked straight to Julia to pick her up and hug on her  She taught her how to do eskimo kisses and my DD tells everyone Belle is her best friend

I wrote a letter to this address: add as many details as possible (time, etc. & a picture of her with your DD)

in April they called to see if they could publish the letter in the Main Street Diary - of course!!! We were returning in May so I asked what days we could see our Belle at her storytime - she is no longer Belle but still a cast member - I was sad until two days into our vacation - my cell phone rang - it was guest relations telling us Belle wanted to see Julia and could we come to the castle for a private meet and greet - that was a no brainer - we spent 45 minutes with Belle and she even took my DD on the tea cups with her!!!

Fast forward to this October - we return and I walk by Belle's storytime on our first day - guess who is there!!!!! I am pretty sure the normal Belle was sick so they called her in - we went to Storytime - Julia was of course dressed in the Blue belle dress (she had to have one just like her belle!!!) - and Belle saw her and winked at her right away - Julia was picked to be in the show and then when it was over Belle could not do her normal meet and greet (cinderellabration was starting) - so she asked us to wait a few minutes - they took us off to a corner and we got to see her again - Julia and I were both thrilled - and then Belle said "Let's go ride our special ride again!!!!" and off they went to ride the teacups!!!!!

The point of my very long post is to tell you - Disney really appreciates positive letters and you should absolutely write them!! I am not sure you will get the same results but I know Snow White will get recognition for it and it will be good for her when she is up for reviews or promotions!!!!

Awww that's soooooooo sweet!!!!!!!!!!!!

In Feb. 2000 we went to WDW and at the time my DD was 4. She was a princess-aholic princess: . We had breakfast at the castle, and she was so excited she didn't eat a bite! Her favorite princess at the time was Cinderella, and she spent quite a bit of time talking her ear off! That night we went to Main Street for the Electric Light Parade. As Cinderella drove by in her carriage she looked straight at my daughter and mouthed "Hi Erica." Needless to say my DD was in heaven!!

We are going to WDW on Dec. 26 and my DD, now 10, still remembers that magic moment and is looking forward to seeing Cinderella and the other princesses again (this time at Akerhaus, so no Cinderella)! Hopefully we'll get another magical moment!

Yikes! I was busy yesterday and didn't log on so not sure what happened but it sounds like you guys took care of it.

I have a couple of cute character moments. When my daughter was just 2 (she just turned 16, YIKES!!!), her favorite characters were Pooh and Tigger. Well, we were in what is now Toontown (Mickey's Starland back then?) and who did we see walking around but Tigger. When it was her turn, she gave him a big hug and said "Tig! Bounce!" Well, Tigger took her hands and bounced with her for about a minute or so and then gave her a big hug. When he walked away, my daughter yelled after him "Tig! Bounce!" and bounce Tigger did! The best thing is that we actually have this one on video.

When my son was 4, one of his favorite characters was Eeyore. Well, we were having lunch at the Crystal Palace and my son was getting so excited because Eeyore was a table or 2 away, that he fell off his chair and started crying. As I was helping him up and checking him out, Eeyore came over and quietly patted my son's back and those tears just magically stopped. My son couldn't believe Eeyore came over to "make him better." The best part was Eeyore got Pooh and Piglet to come over for a group photo with my son. I think both my husband and I had tears in my eyes when my son hugged Eeyore and thanked Eeyore for making him feel better.

I actually have plenty more, but these 2 are our favorites.....what beautiful magic..........

Thank you so much to everyone for the great magical stories. I am going to get a picture and send my thanks to Disney and hope that Snow White will receive recognition of her work. I know my family will never forget it.
