Character Connections

It's where you see the characters. It's still there, I was there last week. We saw Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Chip and Dale. I've also seen Pinocchio and Captain Hook there. They have Photo Pass photographers at each character. I haven't seen it overly crowded in there. It seems that most people don't know it's there or don't want to bother with it.

The Character Connection is a pretty new place at Epcot. It is in Innoventions, on the side between the big fountain and The Land pavillion. There are sort of two area inside the Character Connection - the main area after entering has popular common characters like Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Chip, Dale, often Donald. Even heard of Daisy rarely being there, too. After exiting this area, you go into a large hallway, and there could be some more characters there. I seen King Louie, Gideon, Friar Tuck, Terk, Baloo, and some others there. I heard of an ocassional "princess" being seen there like Snow White or Mary Poppins. Usually not crowded at all. :)

Though sadly, the Character Connection replaced the big red Epcot Holiday Bus. :(

Okay, great. One of the kids in our party in October is having his 5th birthday in DW. The only character he's talked about is Donald. So we want him to see Donald as much as possible. Thanks for your quick response.

We were there in 2004 and went through Camp Mickey I don't know how many times and never saw Donald. We saw him only once at Chef Mickeys. We didn't get to meet Daisy b/c the line ended right after we walked up and that was our only chance. DGN wants to eat with Donald and we were going to go to the breakfast in AK, but his grandparents won't be there until the next day and they really want to see AK. What a quandry. We at first thought we'd eat and then go to another park, but we love AK so much that who could eat and leave!?

I can't wait to see the new Character connection when I am down.

Also you can find Donald and Daisy together sometimes over at MGM on Mickey Avenue in one of those silver trailors. :)

We are hitting Epcot Sunday the 23rd of this month....it won't be until late/mid afternoon probably 2:00or so is that too late for character connection or is it open until 9pm at park close? Or should I go am or is pm ok too? any information helpful.
