Changing T&T Day?

When I made my rez for 4 nights at BWV, the CM told me that T&T day could get moved up but there would be a fee. Is this correct? Should I request this change at checkin? Thanks
 
There should be a fee. I can imagine that they plan on having a certain amount of people on during non-T&T days, and more on during the T& T days. They can not have people making choices as to when to have T & T days, they have to put the towels out, plus the other stuff, it all has to be ready for the T & T day. if someone wants it changed I can see how there should be a charge.
 
There is no fee to change the day.

You only pay a fee if you request a T & T (or a full cleaning) service for additional days.

When we want a different day, I arrange for it at check in. Then I follow up with a call to housekeeping.

I've changed the day with no fee, one day ahead or one day after. If it's just my mom and I, I figure we have 2 days worth of towels (4 sets). So having them come on day 3 or day 5 saves me from washing them an extra time. I could see them requiring the change be made at least 1 day in advance.
 

If I may add on a question.....

Can you upgrade the T&T to a full cleaning for the difference in price??

Also, how good are the resorts at making these changes?
 
We've changed our full cleaning and T & T days with NO fee on every trip we've made to OKW in the past 10 years. After we're assigned a room, we call housekeeping to let them know what changes we want made. They've always been more than willing to make the switch for us.

No, if you want full service there will be a charge for that service. To ,y knowledge, there is no credit for services cancelled. If you want a full housekeeping service instead of T&T, there will be a charge for the service provided.

Dates for T&T and full service may be changed without additional charge.

We usually stay for 10 nights and often ask to switch the T&T and full service dates (day 4 and 8 ). There has never been a charge for the change and it works better for our needs.

We have often changed our T&T days and full cleaning days around by requesting when we arrive. Never had a problem or a charge for changing them. I wonder if the fact that the OP is only staying 4 mights might be why the CM said there would be a charge?

I missed that!

Stays of 4 days or less do not get any housekeeping service. Any requested service will be at additional charge.

Unless you NEED the full service, you may just want to request an additional towel set for $6.

Degli is staying 4 nights/5 days so is entitled to T&T on Day 4. I have not heard of there being a charge to change the day. I've never moved the day but it seems the best way to handle it is to call Housekeeping directly once you are checked into your room.
