Changing names and reducing dates.

I have not done this before so I was wondering how I do this.

I need to change the names on a reservation for september and reduce the days? What is the right protocol so I dont loose the reservation all together?

Call Member Services. They can modify the check in and/or check out dates to shorten a reservation without needing to cancel/rebook. They can also make any necessary name changes.

Better yet, we send them an email via the member website, they will make the changes and email you back and send you a new reservation confirmation.

Call, e-mail, chat... whichever you use, log on and make sure they did what you wanted.

Make sure you drop nights before you hit 30 days out so you don't have points go into holding.
