Changing my plan -- DHS for departure day?

My family is going to the World for our 2nd trip end of April. The first time my boys were 2 and 5, this time they will be 6 and 9. Neither are big thrill seekers. I am a chicken when it comes to heights/roller coasters. We did AK last trip and I was planning to do DHS instead since the kids LOVE Star Wars.

My original plan was this (and is also the recommended parks for those days on crowd calendars):
Day 1 (Thurs): MK (full day starting at RD, may not make it much past dinner time but that is fine for us)
Day 2 (Fri): EPCOT (my husband's favorite so it is a must-do)
Day3 (Sat): DHS (assuming it wouldn't be a late night, so kids can swim at condo, which is important to them)
Day 4 (Sun): MK (partial day as we will have to leave around 2:00 for the airport)

Should I switch day 3 and 4 and instead have 2 full MK days and just a partial day at DHS (and potentially have more crowds) for the day we leave? With more closures of things we were planning to do (and it sounds like there could be more coming) and the fact that only my husband will want to ride TOT and Rockin Roller Coaster, DHS isn't looking that great. If it weren't for Star Wars, we'd just go to AK. Thoughts?

I think you can do DHS on day 4 and leave at 2 pm. As long as you line up your FP+ well and get there at RD if you want to do Jedi Training, you should be fine. We went on Dec. 27 (super crowded) and didn't arrive until about 4 pm. We went to Launch Bay and had about a 30 minute wait for the film, walked through Launch Bay (we did not meet Vadar or Chewbacca), rode Star Tours, ate at HBD, rode TSMM, went to the Osbourne Lights and were out of DHS by 9:30 pm. If you take out HBD and Osbourne, we would have had 2+ extra hours of touring time. As long as you are strategic with your touring plan, you should be able to see and do everything you want. You will miss the Star Wars fireworks, however (if extended into April).
