It makes a difference when "later" is...

Outside the 48 hr cancellation policy - call Disney Dining and ask if they are able to reduce your table/party size. Sometimes the system will allow them, sometimes not.

If they are not able to reduce your party size, then you have the choice to:

1) cancel/rebook with correct number of guests
2) keep the reservation as is (and follow the instructions in the next step)

Within the 48 hr cancellation policy - Disney Dining has no authority over the reservation and cannot modify. Tickets have been printed and are awaiting pickup at FW. You will need to visit either the FW Conceirge (front desk) or Pioneer Hall Box Office for extra ticket refunds. It's a bit of a process, so if you choose to do so day-of, show up at least 40 min early.
