You might get some responses if you indicated what month you're inquiring about.

We've booked a 1 BR on just 3 wks notice in early April, but it would be MUCH more difficult to get a 1 BR in early December, even at the 7 month window.

Should not be too hard to upgrade to a One Bedroom at that time of year. I would put your chances at better than 75%. The One bedrooms are great!! The addition of the Kitchen and whirlpool tub is fantastic. Make you feel right at home. It is worth the extra points if you have kids with you. There is not much pick of views. It is pretty much water (looking over pools) or trees (which are everywhere). Try going with a view overlooking the quiet pool. Good luck and enjoy your trip!!

My guess is there's a decent chance, but we haven't actually booked at that time of the year. The tricky thing about VWL is that it's so much smaller than other properties, so even though 7 months is a long way off, you just don't know. It will be during the Food & Wine Festival at Epcot, but BCV and BWV are the resorts that go quickest for that event. Good luck! I'm envious.
