Th old locks will definitely still be used. I heard they may be doing some extensive maintenance once the new locks were open but they will still continue using the old ones, no reason not to.

@disneyfaninaz agreed! Now THAT is yummy!! For me it wasn't so much the menu at Parrot Cay but the overall look of the restaurant and atmosphere that I didn't really care for.
