Changes ahead for 2008 room bookings!!

I called Disney about the impending rate changes and they told me to sit tight until JULY OR AUGUST, even with the new reservation system taking affect. They did tell me that the traditional seasons (holiday, value, etc) were going away completely. My concern was I had booked a trip to start on January 1, 2008 when value season would traditionally start. They told me that I should plan on a higher rate over that weekend, but the weekdays should be no more the $10 over what they were this year. What were value season periods are now called "Wonderful Weeks of Disney". Here is the link... rates aren't working though.

I saw that Wonderful Weeks of Disney, I thought that was what it meant. I too am bummed, I finally got to book during what I thought was going to be a value season. It is really bugging me that they are being so mysterious about this. Why put the Wonderful weeks of Disney on their site with no explanation. Oh well what can we do but wait. Thanks for posting the information you recieved.
