Changed from BCV to Poly

We will be at Grand Floridian. I am curious to see if anyone gets placed there or if it'll just be DVC members.

Yes there is! It’s a nice short walk.

Yes, such a nice walk past the Wedding Pavilion. Eventually, if they ever get it done, the path should be available to walk all the way to the MK - long overdue for something like that.

Since it's such a small DVC location, I expect you'll see 99% members. But who knows what all Disney is doing behind the scenes with these reservations these days!

It sounds like you won't be able to go to other resorts unless you have a confirmed dining reservation at a TS restaurant, but maybe we could walk to GF for a drink or something. Either way it is a nice walk.

You are absolutely right. Keep forgetting, it's not a normal time - but some day again!

So this gets harder... but if it was me and I had the choice between BCV no SAB and BWV pool/garden view(usually same points) I would choose BWV and I would waitlist Boardwalk view. I would also request highest floor pool view because I love to watch them prep the pool in the morning and sometimes I can see tower of terror from this area. Of course a request is just that a request, but most BWV pool/garden rooms have a better view than BCV rooms. The only way BCV wins out for me is with Stormalong Bay open. I really wish it would open June 22nd.... but I’ll enjoy my BWV if they keep SAB closed as announced.

We did this walk as part of our resort-only trip back in January -- you know, when resort-only was a choice instead of the only option! -- and it is absolutely delightful. The grounds at the Poly are among my favorite parts of the resort. That place really shines late at night, too. It is incredibly peaceful.
