Thanks. We have to sell the house first. Once we do, we will move to FL. We share a home in New Jersey, so we can live there for whatever time between selling this and buying. We have an idea of where we want to live, a development called Solivita. There are about 100 homes for sale in the area at any given time. It has about 3000 built homes, and it's a retirement village.
