Chances of getting 7DMT 30 days out?

I just wanted to say "Thanks!" for the responses. They have been helpful. I hope to hold on to my current dates but at least if I have to change a bit I can probably still get FP+ for the 7DMT. There are four of us, BTW. I would get on right at 30 days.

:goodvibes

Don't forget you can split up your group to find times, too. There might not be 4 available from 9:00-10:00, but there could be 2 from 9:10-10:10 and 2 from 9:30-10:30.

I understand the standby line moving more slowly since FP was added, but there's no reason why average wait time (including FP) should be higher.
Exactly, the hourly ride capacities have not altered, but now a significant proportion of guests are being 'fast tracked' in front of the main queue lines on a lot more rides than before. There is no other possible result than to increase the regular queuing time for everyone else, it's simple mathematics (in fact that was happening before, with regular FP attractions, anyway).

And as guests are relatively limited as to how many FastPasses can be booked per day (unless you really work the system) that tends to mean that your access to the majority of attractions will be via the standby lines, which are now longer than they were before. So overall, yes you can still get (a few) FastPasses - but riding anything else (without using a FastPass) will probably take a bit longer.

And if for any reason you can't - or just haven't - pre-booked any FastPass+ slots, pretty much every attraction that might want to ride will take a little bit longer than it would have done otherwise.

If more rides have FP and more people than ever are using it the average wait times must be lower. Someone benefits. I suspect to "losers" are former FP super users who are running into more limited supply because more people are using the system. those who don't use FP at all will also lose. I would guess that it helps the average park goer. It would be fascinating to see the data.
