Champagne in Epcot

We have been to Epcot more times than I can count, but since we don't normally drink alcohol, I really don't know anything about where to purchase it. We plan to be there on NYE, and will probably want a glass of champagne to toast the new year. I am looking for a counter service place. We will be eating earlier in the night at Rose & Crown. Of course, we'll need some kind of sparkling water for DS(12). Where can I find both the champagne & sparkling water? Thanks in advance.

In France there is a counter service selling champagne. I know, I always spend some time there, I LOVE champagne! OMG, a flute of champagne, and a chocolate or strawberry crepe-yum yum!

(The place I am talking about is on the lakeside, not in one of the buildings.)

There's also a kiosk in Morocco that sells champagne. It's cheaper than the ones in France. Actually it's the kind we drink at home, "Domaine Ste Michelle". The last time we spent NYE at Epcot, there were stands set up all around WS that sold champagne. Have a great time, I love to spend NYE at Epcot.

Italy's dessert booth near the lake sells Asti Santini, a sparkling wine (champagne). It is YUMMY! You can get some chocolate mousse or a cannoli to go with it.

Maybe it is different now but when we were there for millnenium NYE I could only buy 1 glass at a time and then go back and get another for my mum. Of course the queues were long!! So make sure both of you are there at the same time!
