Ok everyone was warned last week that the challenges would get harder. Here you go
This week's challenge is to add one new food item that you do not normally eat but still stay within your program.
For instance tomorrow for lunch I am allowing myself sugar wafer cookies!! I love them and it is 4 points for 3 of the sugar free ones so I don't get them. I decided to try some new things that may be a little higher point but sure taste good.
Try it and see if you like it.
