Just curious how much time did you have between the ceremony and the reception? Im planning on the WP and ADH and I just want to make sure there is enough time after the ceremony ends for guests to take any pictures and allow enough time to get shuttled over to ADH without cutting into the actual reception time. I am currently looking at a 10am ceremony and booking the ADH 11-4 with 11-12 being the set up time and 12-4 for the guests. What do you think? Thanks in advance!!!!!

Our ceremony was in Epcot at 9:00am - it was over by 9:30 - everyone got in the bus and headed over to ADH. We stayed in Epcot (with our bridal party) for some more photos and then headed over to ADH around 10:15 - 10:30.

Our prereception was from 10:00 to 11:00 and our reception was from 11:00 to 3:00. Not sure what you mean about set up time?

Our prereception was upstairs at ADH and our reception was downstairs on the dance floor.

Let me know if you have any questions about ADH or anything else.

Our original plan was to have half a day in between the ceremony and reception, but we are hosting two meals (lunch and dinner) for our guests. I think Disney prefers the reception to take place within three hours of the wedding ceremony.

In any case, my dad had a great idea about the day's schedule and after speaking with our wedding planner, we decided to move our ceremony into the afternoon, after lunch.

The formal reception will follow about two hours after the ceremony.
