Celtics Mickey Mouse Head???

Has anyone made a Celtic's Basketball Mickey Head. I have this idea in my head. I would like to to make a shirt like the "I love NY" shirts, except this shirt would have "I (MICKEY HEAD) BOSTON" and on the back of the shirt have the Celtics, Sox, & Patriots. I have found a really cool Red Sox design, and there is one Patriots design, that has potential if I can figure this computer out. However, could not find hide nor hair of a Celtics design. Maybe someone has seen one before????

Now I may have to give this a try myself, the thing is I do not have a photoshop thing, I will give it a go tonight on word, you think this could work? and if so will I be able to show it you by copying and pasting a word document on a post???
