As I've said before, this is the first time I've watched from the beginning. I saw a couple of episodes with Joan Rivers. So for those who watch on a regular basis, does Trump usually not fire the project manager that loses? NeNe has lost both times she was project manager and she's still there, Richard Hatch didn't get fired when he lost as project manager. Some of the reasons he has used to fire people just seem far fetched to me.

To say that NeNe is a strong player is wrong, she is just vocal. She doesn't really seem to have any skills. I may not like Star but she does have some marketable skills, but she should have been fired for losing her task.

It doesn't seem that Trump wants the best person for the job but the best person for the ratings. Does he do this on the non celebertiy apprentice too? Just makes me think that Trump is really not good at business, he's good at getting noticed. Maybe that's why he likes NeNe.

He fires whoever he wants. Sometimes a task could fail and it is NOT because of the Project Manager but a weak, inept person on the team. Sometimes Trump just likes to keep certain people around, like centerfolds with no real skills or leadership potential. He's become way too predictable in recent seasons about who he is going to keep. Or maybe I can just read him easier.

In the end they are ALL going to go except the last two. So, what order he fires them is kind of arbitrary to him.

And if the way he fires them brings in the ratings, then he IS good at business.

Trump and his people know that no one is going to tune in to see two nice guys nod and apologize to each other. His best ratings and notoriety was with Omarosa on the non celebrity apprentice and he even said on air that he was looking for that again.

I was thinking the same thing.

NeNe. On the one hand, she proves she's too much of a diva. Upset that she didn't get her way. On the other hand, Trump did show, he is favoring Star.

But, then again, he usually does mix up the teams when they get really small. So NeNe, shouldn't have taken it so personally. She actually ended up on a team with more people.

Trump usually mixes up the teams when they get really small. He doesn't keep them as Men vs Women towards the end. But, this week, he said he was switching up the teams as Star didn't think she could work with NeNe after all. (He should have just mixed the teams up without giving a reason.)

Trump moved NeNe over to the other team, Backbone (as it's no longer just the "Men's" team.) NeNe, didn't even bother talking to her new team. She just left.

The task is some kind of fundraiser.

I have always thought that each celeb should keep the money they make for their own charity.

I know when I donate money to the tsunami or Haiti, I don't want to find later that it went to a dog charity, or something other than what I donated it for - even though the other charity may be just as deserving.

My first time watching Kevin was in real oldie, small play called Loose Ends. The person that arranged our group trip knew him from college, so Kevin came out after the show to talk to us. he was so funny in that understated way of his. He was generous with his time and talked about what it took to get the play up & running. I fell in love with him then.

Since that time, I've seen him in Shakespeare in the Park, at the Delacourte Theatre in Henry V, and Hamlet.
