I haven't been to the one in Celebration, but have been to locations in Ybor City, St. Pete Pier, Clearwater and St. Augustine (can you tell I like their food? ) It serves excellent Spanish cuisine - great selection of tapas, seafood dishes and traditional dishes - ropa vieja, arroz con pollo (chicken with rice) and paella. The garbanzo bean soup, snapper alicanta and boliche are highly recommeded. I think the restaurant's website is columbiarestaurant.com -- lots of photos and menus.
We went to the one in Celebration for Christmas dinner. It was great! We were a party of 10. Everyone loved their food. Good drinks etc. The waiter was very friendly and fun for the meal but then accused us of stiffing him $50. Then all of the sudden he "found" it! hmmmmm
Oh yeah I've been there---hehehe...see where I live! I love Columbia's. Get a Mohito to drink and some paella! I was shocked the first time I went as the menu is nearly 4 pages long and it was impossible to choose. Also, if you're in Celebration and like Italian---go to Cafe D'Antonio's as well! VERY VERY good!
