Celebrating our birthdays in Sept. looking to surprise my wife!

Hi all, new to the board! Does anyone have suggestions for surprises for my wife. We are going again as a couple for the first time in 6 years( 2 DSs later!). I want to do something very special for her and I am soliciting help!!! She has loved Disney her entire life, since her first trip as an infant 30+years ago, worked in the college program and in Sept. we'll be in WDW for the 3rd time in 10 months. Really want to make it a special b-day weekend for both of us! THANKS!!!!!
