No bingeing again today! I'm so proud of myself. It was a rough day, but I ate because I was hungry and used other strategies to deal with how I was feeling. I'm very proud of myself. Thanks for all the encouragement and reinforcement. I'm hoping to go until Feb. 1st without bingeing. If I do, I'll officially declare myself bingeing-free.
I did eat a lot today and no longer have any of my Weekly Points Allowance left. That's ok. I'll get in loads of activity in the next few days. I started a Wii BL workout today and it did me in. I couldn't even make it through one circuit. I did do 30 minutes of free step on the balance board today. Plus, I took a very short walk with my mother which helped up my total step count for the day to over 7,000. I'm happy with that. I'd love to get in close to 15,000 steps tomorrow to earn 2 APs. I'm not planning to eat them; my goal is to earn 10 APs this week and I'm only at two. I'm also planning to walk with my mother in the morning, if it isn't raining that is. I also got in all 4 COWs today plus lots of water. I have to remember to drink water at lunch. Lately, I haven't been drinking anything.
Here is my plan/goals for tomorrow:
- Breakfast: oatmeal, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp. oil, 1.5 cups diced apple
- Lunch: 4 POINTS WW Smart One, 1 medium orange
- Dinner: unsure (I'll have 12 POINTS still if I don't eat anything else for the day. I'll have to have 1/2 cup of milk and 1 tsp. of oil with dinner.)
- 13,500+ steps
- Wii BL routine
- BL Jump-Start DVD (1 routine, not all 6)'
- morning 2.2 mile walk with my mother
So, if succeed in implementing my plan, I'll have earned 5 APs and eaten 22 POINTS. That would be a great day.
Well, I'm exhausted, but still very proud of myself.
