CBR Shutters????

Does Shutters at CBR serve breakfast? If so can you use a TS for this? Or if not, does the food court serve hot breakfast? If so can I use CS credit for this??

Shutters does not serve breakfast. The food court serves plenty of hot breakfast foods - omelettes, sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, french toast, waffles, pancakes. And the breakfast is a CS credit.
