We are going to be staying at the CBR in early May. We got a great room rate and it is the first trip to Disney for our 2 1/2 yr old daughter. I have ran across peoples comments about CBR and saw that some people recommended asking for rooms closer to the food area?

When you reserve through Central Reservations do you immediately get assigned a room? Is this something I can call up now and request to be moved? What area of the CBR do you recommend?

Thanks,

They do not assign you a room when you book your reservation. This is done shortly before you arrive or at arrival however you can call CRO back with your confirmation number and ask them to add a room location request to your reservation. If you want to be close to the food court and main pool ask for the Martinique or Trinidad North sections. At this time you can ask for first or second floor as well. They will note this information but will it will not mean that you will automatically get it.

We have always had great luck in just asking nicely when we check in for a certain location. We have always gotten what we asked for. We don't ask for a specific room but for a certain building.

They are all great villages. You will enjoy CBR.

Traveling with a young child, I'd recommend the first floor. There are no elevators at CBR, so if you're on the second you'll have to take your child out of their stroller and fold it up to get up to your room.
