castaway club member ?

how do you get your castaway club member #? is it something they will mail to you after your cruise? anyone with this info, i'd really appreciate! thank you!

They mailed us a club card shortly after our first cruise.

Yes, a couple of weeks after you get home you will get your castaway club membership card in the mail.

I believe they are supposed to send it to you after the cruise once you have filled out the survey forms they give you at the end of the cruise. I didn't get mine so I called (800) 449-3380 and they were able to give me the number over the phone.

We didn't get our until after our 3rd sailing......but we did get our gifts and discounts.
