DD just had the bottom of hers crack into pieces! She loved that mug, anyone know how we can get another. Anyone going soon?

You can actually mail the cup back to Tervis and they will replace it for free! If they still make the same design, they will send you the exact one. Otherwise, they will send you one most similar to yours. We have done this several times without any problems. Hope that helps!

Go to tervis.com and you will find a form to print to mail in with your cup. You will have to pay shipping to get it to them, but they will ship it back free. Costs a lot less than a new cup, though! It doesn't take very long, either. We have done this before and my mom has done it several times for my Nana.

Im glad I saw this thread yesterday. I was washing my dd's Bride mug today and noticed that when I pulled it out of the water, there was water in the wall of the tumbler. I never put them in the dishwasher, always hand wash them. It has never been dropped and I have no idea how it got cracked. I just bought it in March. I hate to hear the pp says they have returned lots of them. I dont want my others to crack and have to return them. I contacted Tervis and Im hoping that since they are so new, I will not have to pay to ship it...but who knows
