Castaway cay massage..worth it?

On our last cruise we booked the couples massage at Castaway Cay but unfortunately the ship could not dock due to rough seas so we missed out on everything Castaway Cay including the massage (it was move to the ship though). We are going back in April and booked the couples massage at Castaway Cay again but we wanted to book the kayak and walking trail excursion too but the times overlap so we can’t do both. Has anyone done the kayak excursion at Castaway Cay? Is it worth moving the massage to the ship at a later time instead in order to do the kayak adventure?
