Cast members up to speed on EMM?

Hi! I'm here now and asked two different cast members about early morning Magic for tomorrow. The first one at concierge told me that it's an old event and it isn't going on tomorrow ,they just haven't removed from calendar yet The second one told me that " it's not worth it - it's like 30 dollars or something " then he called it early magic hours , and told me about the days the park is open early and late for resort guests .

It just doesn't seem to me that the cm I encountered knew all that much about EMM.

To be honest they make it so hard for anyone to try to get these tickets . I can't find it on the app and then half the time When I checked to see about getting tickets on the websites it would say no availability one day and then it would be there the next

I'm not interested in EMM for myself, so I haven't been following the threads. However, I clicked on Disney's website and it said reservations have to be made at least a day in advance. And future dates were highlighted. https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/early-morning-magic/

I've called a couple of times to inquire about further dates and found as long as you explain it properly the CMs know what you mean. It's listed as a dining event so it helps to start there. I've called 2-3 times now for other reservations and when I asked about EMM they all knew about the event and were able to talk about it.
The ap doesn't show "special" dining packages like EMM, Fantasmic packages, those kind of things. You have to either check the regular website or call direct. Hope that helps.
