Cash or Debit??

When eating inside Universal or IOA, do many of the restaurants take cash only, or do they take Mastercard and Visa as well.

We would like to know if we will need to carry extra cash.
Anyone who knows, I appreciate your help.

I guess I would like to know if "counter service" only takes cash?

Did you have to use cash each time you ate, or could you use credit or debit cards as well?

Universal accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and, I believe, Discover, at all their restaurants--even the hotdog stands. There are several ATMs located at the parks if you should end up needing cash for anything. Have a fun trip!

They also accept traveller cheques in dollars and am sure there is also a place to change foreign money
