Are the new hot dogs(specifically the Chicago) part of the Quick Service meal plan? Also, has anyone tried them are they as good as they look?

We paid OOP so not sure about the dining plan, but I tried the BBQ dog...I loved it! It had pulled pork and slaw on it...seriously, it was yummy! I am not a huge hot dog fan but I sit here sometimes and think about how good that hot dog was! As a matter of fact...I could go for one right now!
