I understand he is trying to be fair. Just happen to think that Ashton is right. Jose is trying to say that George had knowledge of Caylees death and helped cover it up for Casey. This is proof to his state of mind that he had no knowledge, and that the defense is lying.

Of course Ashton is right. But Perry is taking a lot of heat for being biased for the State (well, we ALL are! ) This shows he's checking and double-checking.

I was driving to work, listening to GA via Sirius/XM on HLN. My eyes welled up with tears just listening to him. (Made it a little hard to drive). I feel horrible for this man.

I guess it's just hard for me to wrap my head around knowing your daughter killed her kid, and trying to protect her. I pray to never be in that situation, so I don't want to say I wouldn't do the same thing. But it's really hard to imagine trying to protect my kid, knowing she did something so horrible.

Do you think she lied??? (Imagine that!!) I mean, do you think she told her parents it was an accident, and that's why they feel some sympathy toward her and are trying to protect her? I can't imagine her telling them the truth (or anyone else for that matter) and them still feeling any sympathy toward her.
