It seems like Judge doesn't know if he is going to allow the suicide note or not. I really hope he does since JB is the one that brought it up to begin with!

Defense opened the door Ashton is going through it. This is going to be very tough for George if Ashton can go forward... Ashton has to but this is going to be awful for George.

JB introduced the suicide note.... duh, how can he think that I wouldn't be used by the prosecution.

Because JB thinks that he can pick and choose what he wants for his evidence and whatever it may be, it's for the defense only, not for the prosecution. Come on! You don't know that? Defense can use it, but not the state. It wouldn't be fair to Casey if the state can use the note to prove George knew nothing about Caylee during the time of her disappearance.

I understand he is trying to be fair. Just happen to think that Ashton is right. Jose is trying to say that George had knowledge of Caylees death and helped cover it up for Casey. This is proof to his state of mind that he had no knowledge, and that the defense is lying.

He did hold his on against Baez in the courtroom, once Ashton started it was all over, the crying started big time, it was horrible to watch... I know Ashton is setting the case straight, but George is just feeling defeated I think. Bringing up the suicide is obviously very painful and the mixed emotions you have when you find out your daughter is a murderer, well, painful, very painful I imagine.
