He's trying to make the jury think that since those gas cans are George's and they had duct tape on them, then George had possession of the duct tape and killed Caylee.

Caylee drowned, Per defense's opening statement.

I have not even watched today as it is just coming on now in SoCal … I can't say CA as it would confuse all of you ... BUT anyway after reading here today ICA is going to so REGRET kicking her whole family to the curb. Maybe not right away but there will be one cold dreary day sitting in her cell she will say to herself … "what the H did I do" … and GA and CA and LA will have all moved on with their lives.

During the proffer about the suicide attempt, Ashton asked why he got a gun and he said two reasons, the first was because he wanted to use it to get information out of some people but never said the second reason. When the jury came in and he bagan the actual testimony about the gun and suicide attempt, Tru TV went to a commercial, did he ever give reason #2 for getting the gun?

Since when is saying what he believes (that ICA) is responsible for what happened to Caylee throwing someone under the bus, he believes she is guilty and said it in not so many words.

Nope he didnt say #2, I wondered about that too.

I believe the suicide reference possibly the 2nd scenario.
