Linda Kenney Badden is an idiot! She is listing reasons why court was recessed and she said it could be that Judge Perry might recuse(sp) himself due to being bias and not running a fair trial. Is she watching the same trial? IMO, Almost all defense attorney's are slimeballs and they all stick together.

People are speculating on plea deal because ICA was brought back to the private meeting before she went into the holding room.

I wonder if it had to do with the fact that one expert witness was NOT a co-founder of that Body Farm place?

Just thought about something regarding Cindy's testimony yesterday. She said the baby shower was planned for mid August because Caylee was due in September. Cindy also said that Jessie Grund's mother was at the baby shower. So, I'm wondering if the September due date was yet another one of Casey's lies. Said the due date was September so that the conception would have taken place while with Jessie Grund, within the time frame of their relationship. Wonder if Caylee was indeed a full term baby when born in early August.

When I first read (before I had turned on the video feed) about Casey being "whisked away," and the speculation that she might be testifying, I told DH he would have to take the kids out by himself today (we are having an Epcot day). Then after I heard court was recessed because of "another legal matter," it makes me wonder if they are possibly negotiating a plea. I don't think JBP would waste a day for something trivial.

Sidebar: Every time I see the judge referred to as HHBP it makes me think of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.

and now she has not 1 question as to why a baby who is supposed to be born sometime in sept comes at least 6 weeks early, weighs what a full term baby would, doesn't spend any tiem in the NICU, and looks like a full term baby???


this baby is only 3 or 4 weeks early and is still just over 5 lbs - how much was caylee - unless she was tiny there should be NO WAY a friggen nurse of all people should believe that she was just a premee baby.

this entire family really do think everyone is stupid or believe their crappy lies

Good point! With LICA (L is for Liar), anything is possible AND it would make it oh so convenient for her. I'm sure it never dawned on her that the boy would ask for a paternity test! She picked this dude as a patsy and then decided to choose a dead guy whose family probably wouldn't want to be bothered with paternity. However, if that were the baby of my deceased child, I would want to know this child and would definitely want a paternity test so that I could get some kind of visitation to see my grandchild.

As far as Jesse, i think KC really messed with him and his family about paternity. kC could have made due date "work". No doubt, she lied.

JVM is speculating:
1: Mistrial
2: Plea deal
3: Baez in big trouble and being removed from the case.

She said of the three above, which one would have had Casey crying? First of all, I didn't see Casey crying this morning but I did see her blowing her nose. If I had to pick from the three, I would say it was Baez leaving as her attorney would make her cry. I think he is the only one she has wrapped around her finger. I think the promise of fame with this case has clouded Baez's judgement.

Is the commentary that all of you are talking about on HLN or an Orlando local channel? I am praying it is HLN so I can watch it tomorrow.

If it is a plea deal is it because ICA grew a heart today and didn't want her parents and brother to fall on the sword anymore. After yesterday's disgusting performance, maybe a sick desire in ICA got fulfilled. She saw that everyone loved her more then Caylee. I just wish that someone in that family would give a darn about Caylee.

ETA - that stupid Jean Cesarez just said "This breaking news .." and I got all excited that there was something new and it was just a rehash that court was abruptly recessed. I'm like "Come on ... that is NOT breaking news. That is old news!"

Now they're speculating that it has to do with the jurors and that they might be talking about the trial. I have to disagree because why would they have brought ICA in?

I keep thinking about Lee testifying that his parents told him to "drop it" about Casey's pregnancy. I don't think they were referring to the pregnancy itself but probably about who the Father was. If Lee and Casey were as close as they said, I could see Lee being upset that baby daddy ws not part of it. Maybe to the point of him saying he was going to beat him up or something for not helping out.

I can see that being a possibility.

They are reporting that George was very emotional in court this morning. Cindy was talking to an unknown male in the court room and George was sitting there and started to break down to the point that he had to leave the courtroom. In addition, Casey seemed to be wiping away a few "tears" and blowing her nose a bit this morning. Obviously nothing exciting happened in court today so it must have been something else. Just another odd day at the circus.

I didn't watch continually, but I didn't see any of that. I'll have to watch again.

Sounds likely. Luckily for Jesse Grund he has a smart father who insisted on a paternity test, altho Jesse was still willing to be a father to Casey after the test came back that he isn't.

Totally agree! I can't stand that woman and yes all the slimeball defense attorneys do stick together!
