There was a picture of her pants and a stain.. think the witness Seubert said though it was brown/yellow. But in the picture they looked a little like a bleach stain to me.

Thanks. I could not see a picture and when I think of the word "stain", I think of things that "dirty" fabric--not eliminate pigment.

What are these pants in question and why is it relevant?

OK Baez obviously didn't take the course on don't lose the jury in the evidence. I was really excited about today and now I feel like I'm falling asleep. I can't keep up and I even LIKE the technical evidence/witnesses.

ANOTHER brief legal matter outside the presence of the jury. Wonder if the jury thinks Baez is screwing up.

I already had a Mountain Dew this morning. It was Super Nova - strawberry, melon and ginseng - but honestly, this testimony is going to put me to sleep even having had all that caffeine and sugar.

How is the Super Nova? I love Mt Dew and saw this the other day but didn't get any.

I didn't realize Bozo could get any more boring than he already was.

These are the pants Casey was suppose to be wearing on the 16th. Her mother they reported after showing the picture that she did in fact wash them. Forgot that their pool was treated with Bacquacil not Chlorine... good call.

I see I'm going to have get back to WDW someday. It's been so long since I've been that I forgot what my favorite breakfast meal was actually called. It's the same as yours. There's some juice that I like to order too. I don't dare try to remember what it's called. I don't think it's a plain orange juice though.

Hm, I might have to try the Pike's Place next time. If it's too bold for me DH will drink it. He goes for the Starbucks X-Bold blends. Way too strong for me. If I drank any of his coffee I'd have to have a little coffee with my creamer.

And here's the thing, I don't really care for Mountain Dew. I'm a Coke and Dr. Pepper person. I bought the Super Nova for my kids but decided to try one this morning because I do like red sodas.

It can take me a couple hours to finish a can of soda. But the Super Nova? Gone in a half hour. Yum!!
