I can't imagine that it would help the defense to put Casey on the stand even if they/she wanted to. I don't see how the jury could believe anything she might say. She'd probably have a whole new tale to tell......again.

) and they couldn't get them there before tomorrow. When you think about it, if they have them come "early", it's costing the state, and it's costing the person with time out of work if they're just sitting out in the hallway. Do we know who the witnesses are and why they won't be there until tomorrow?
