Makes me laugh that the tweeters have come to call the blonde girl behind the prosecution as "Lady Gaga". Apparently, she works for Cheney.

Hi guys. Just back today. I missed yetserday because we made a day trip to Disney World. I begged my husband just to drop me off at the courthouse and he and the kids could go to Disney but he wouldn't do it! LOL

I didn't get home until midnight so I haven't even watched yesterday's yet. Was it worth watching?

Glad to be watching again today!

I know...funny! I'm on Twitter now  but I need to stop following some people, because there's too much to keep up with! Love BelvinPerry (he's so naughty sometimes! ) and Lichtenstein. Have to decide which "real news" people/organizations to follow.

I don't understand why Jose Baez would make up this weird "she drown in the grandparent's pool defense". First all the evidence points to choloform poisoning. If they are going for accidential death, why not use the evidence to your advantage?

Sounds like fun!

Day started with Vass as they had misidentified and but into evidence the wrong can. Big mistake and Baez then made it known that Vass wasn't used to handling evidence, just researching it.

Then it pretty much was all about the cadaver dogs. Their training and where they hit in the backyard of the Anthony home.

I actually think the accidental drowning is a great defense. Baez loses me with the reasoning after that. I don't buy that Casey was sexually abused and George convinced her to cover up the drowning by making up all these lies.

I don't get why Baez didn't say she drowned, panicked, didn't want her parents to have anymore ammo that she wasn't being a responsible parent, and tried to cover it up and make it look like someone else killed her. I could potentially buy that theory.

What confuses me is that Baez is trying to discredit all of these professionals and refuses to admit that the body was in the trunk or the backyard. Why?? There was a dead body, nobody disputes that. Baez says his client covered up the death. Why is it so hard to believe she drove around with a dead body in the car or that a dog hit on a scent in the backyard? Wouldn't this fall under the "Casey panicked and did stupid things to cover it up" defense? I just don't understand what Baez is attempting to do in this case.

I'm wondering if Casey borrowed the shovel, laid Caylee's body on the ground (where the dogs marked), then she tried to dig a hole but found out that it was too hard to bury her, so she gave up. Because the neighbor said she only had the shovel for about a hour.

:thumbsup2

Who else just cleared their internet history?
I was just thinking the same thing! LOL

Was there ever any evidence that showed that it looked like someone attempted to dig a hole in the backyard? The soil is so soft in FL that I can't imagine that she couldn't have physically dug the hole. Maybe she changed her mind before starting to dig and realized that burying her a few feet from the house wasn't the smartest thing to do?

This witness is putting my computer knowledge to shame. Pretty educational stuff. Every so often I hear a word I understand. Or at least have heard before.

I thought I heard that could have been ground moved under the playhouse? Or possibly in the sandbox? I can't understand why she went to the trouble and risk of borrowing a shovel from a neighbor?

What the heck is Casey doing? She's not even looking at the screen with that blank stare of hers? She's working hard on something......

OMG I just saw in the deleted internet files that Casey googled "neck-breaking"??? Please don't tell me she wanted to break Caylee's neck!

. Maybe she changed her mind before starting to dig and realized that burying her a few feet from the house wasn't the smartest thing to do?

That's what I was thinking.

Do y ou think she used it to move Caylee's body into the trunk? There wasn't any evidence on it but weird that she kept it for an hour. Maybe she planned to use it, didn't, put it aside, did what she needed to do, and then returned it?

We will never know, will we?

Watching the Casey Cam and she has a laptop in front of her, I think she's playing Farmville.
